Job Description:
We seek highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Smart Pospaid Plan Agents. In this role, our agents will be promoting and selling Smart Pospaid plans to potential customers. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and answering any questions customers may have about Smart Postpaid plans.
Responsibilities as Smart Postpaid Plan Agents :
- Promote and sell Smart Pospaid plans to potential customers
- Answer customer questions about Smart Postpaid plans
- Process Smart Pospaid plan applications
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good knowledge of Smart Postpaid plans and services ( We can provide training)
- Experience in sales is a plus
